Our Team
Immeasurable experience, unrivaled passion!
At Panache Coaching we have a team of three coaches. Each with a different experience in the sport, each with a different background and insight. With this diversity we can ensure you get a coach to best suit your unique needs and goals.
Head Coach - Ronan Mc Laughlin
Ronan is a former international cyclist who has raced all over Europe with the An Post Sean Kelly team and Irish squad for 6 years. In 2013, Ronan moved home to Ireland and moved into a coaching role.
Ronan set up Panache Coaching with the goal of passing on his experience and knowledge through his own coaching philosophy and ethos.
Throughout the years, Ronan has continued his racing, now based at home with one of the top domestic teams. He has also been involved in both organising and participating in many events and has coached numerous riders to be at their best for these events.
Ronan has coupled his huge practical experience on the road with further education and professional development in recent years. With level 1 & 2 Cycling Ireland coaching qualifications, training peaks level 1 and training qualifications in sports nutrition, emergency first aid, bicycle maintenance, ride leader, health & safety, anti-doping, coaching children and data protection, Ronan has built up vast experience to call upon. Couple this with experience in organising events, teams and training camps, there are few situations our athletes face that Ronan cannot call on experience to work through.
